hi all.

After upgrading my ubuntu hardy to intrepid, a new bug has been
bugging me for a few days.

I can no longer "dismiss/dismiss all" a popup notification, I always
get a MODIFICATION_FAILED error message.

This error is found in my error console (From thunderbird)

Warning: There has been an error reading data for calendar: Wei Weng.

attempt to continue. Error code: 0x80004005. Description: A request

I am using all the latest (stable release) of lighting, provider, and

possible). What is wrong???

Thanks

The error you are getting shows up when the event has been modified on
the server. I currently have no conflict handling code since I'd like
to see general mechanisms to do so in core code. All you need to do is
reload the remote calendars and try your changes again.

I've just started using Google Calendar, and installed the provided so
I could integrate with Lightning. However, I'm getting the same error
as below. I first notice it when trying to dismiss things, but it
actually gives it if I try to do *any* write operations to the
calendar. Any ideas?

For extra info, here's the last couple of errors I got, from the Error

For further clarification: I get the error on attempts to dismiss
alarms, add events, edit events. I do not get the error when I delete
an event.

The deletion works completely fine.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. This is extremely annoying
with the Notifications since I can't dismiss them they just keep
poping up over and over. It also seems I can't do anything that
updates the calendar. Some events that have been deleted through the
browser are still showing up in Lightining.

For me it started happening last week and I don't remember if I did
any updates at the time.

I'm running on Windows XP with the latest versions of FF, TB, Lighting
and Provider for Google Cal.

I really like this extension and have become dependent on it. But I
really need a fix for this problem to continue using it.

Thanks,
Mario

Maybe just a problem submitting the passwort to google?

Hi!

I have exactly the same problem.
Resetting password and get the Google Data Provider to ask for the

Any solution, please?

Bad Request body doesn't look so good.

Please add some more debugging, enable the calendar.debug.log as shown
in the FAQ and look for the last occurrence of "Setting Upload Data"
just before that error message.

yam,

please make sure you use the full URL, it could be that Google is not
accepting it without www.

Try: https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/$username%40gmail.com/private/full
as your calendar URL.

I was earlier able to update and work with Google Calendar,
modifications were working until 2-3 days, when it all started to fall
