Either email addresses are anonymous for this group or you need the view member email addresses permission to view the original message
to Provider for Google Calendar
Is there anyway for the provider to tap into the notification setting
found in manage calendars -> notifications within google calendar?
This allows you to set a default notification, for instance send me an
SMS message 5 mins before event. With this set it means I don't have
to manually set a sms 5 mins reminder for every event I create, it
auto selects it for me when I create an event.
It would be nice if this setting can be captured then when you create
an event in lightning it will automatically select the type of
notification you have setup within Google calendar.
BTW I am using the test build which contains the ability to set sms
notifications within lightning. Lightning 0.9pre and provider for
google calendar 0.5pre.

I don't have a way to display the actual default alarm setting in the
dialog, but there are ways to make Google use the default alarms using
the API. This might find its way in after the testing builds become
part of the core builds.
