Installed Provider for Google Calendar 1.0.4 add-on

Same problem here. VERY frustrating!

After updating to Thunderbird 38.0.1 and Lightning 4.0.0.1, my Google calendar vanished/disappeared.  Trying to add it back again fails with the same greyed out 'Next' box.  Can't add it with CalDAV either - when box should pop up asking for log-in details, nothing happens, and if you click 'Next' again, it says it has added it, but it can't sync as not connected to my Google account.

Please someone, help!

I found the solution!

Uninstall Provider For Google, and re-install.

Hi,

had the same issue with Google Provider 1.0.x. There seems to be some trouble with 'Exchange EWS Provider' (calendar connection Exchange Servers) that was also installed as add-on.

1. Deactivate EWS provider
2. restart
3. Google Calender works now as it should ('next' is not grey anymore)
4. Re-Activate EWS provider
5. restart

Everything is fine (at least for my installation).

Best
Daniel
