Eligibility Criterion
Candidates should have graduated in the year 2012 or 2013 with a consistent academic performance of 60% & above - SSC onwards till end of graduation.
Maximum of Only 1 year gap is allowed in between any of the courses and loss of an academic year for whatsoever reason(s) renders a candidate ineligible.

Please note that we will not be considering any other discipline or pass outs from any other batch apart from the ones mentioned above.
Compensation
On selection, candidate will be on probation for a period 6 months which will include class room and on the job training. During this period, candidate(s) will be eligible for a salary of Rs. 1.5L pa. On completion of probation, candidates will be offered a TCC of Rs.1.9L/pa. Candidate(s) on joining will be required to sign a bond of Rs.1 Lakh for 2 years.
Selection Process:
- Candidate details need to be uploaded using the link EASY à RMGàOffCampus Referral System. Please note that this link is available only on the intranet. Incomplete entries & resumes sent directly to recruitment team or anyone else will not be considered.
- Last date for receiving the resume is COB (6pm) IST Monday , 11th Nov 2013. Application received after stipulated date / time will not be considered.
- CV’s
will be shortlisted based on the criterion & intimation will be forwarded to candidates directly at least 1 week in advance, to appear for Aptitude tests / Interviews which are likely to be conducted within the next 2 months at various centres in India.
- Candidates will be called to join from a merit list which will be prepared based on Academic, Aptitude Test & Interview performance of candidates. Communication to this effect will be sent to candidates by e-mail
directly.
- Those offered will be required to join at the earliest at any of the TechM centres in India for training & subsequent posting. Not joining on given date and location will be considered as decline of offers as such offers will stand cancelled automatically w/o any notice/reference.
- No queries with members of the Recruitment team regarding any of the referred case(s) during the selection process will be entertained.
- Candidates need to carry following documents (Original + 1 Xerox copy) at the time of Test / interview.
- There will be no reward for this referral.
