Recently established C2PD sets itself exciting challenges within the property development world. Formed through the combination of four extraordinary and known property, architecture, finance and legal professionals.

C2PD are able to cradle and nurture development opportunities from birth of concept to completion.The directors have all reached the pinnacle in their own careers and now search out exciting and daring projects, finding solutions where others may not and are able to add value where others have failed.

We operate under 2 brands. Evolution captures our vision for creating places, whether that is to live, work or trade from. The brand reflects the changing requirements of people and the way we live and operate today.

Evolution Living is our Residential brand and reflects the changing needs of individuals as they move through life, allowing them to manage the balance of work and recreation. The Architecture and Design is aimed at optimising the opportunities that present themselves as careers and lifestyles evolve

Evolution Commercial Developments covers all areas, except our dedicated Residential developments. The Commercial world is continually shifting and sometimes transforming as consumer trends change and new technology is introduced. We intend to be at the forefront of those advances.
