Cytochrome P450 Proteins

Hi,

I have enjoyed using Protter so far so I'd like to start off by thanking you for a great resource. The particular aspect of Protter I find most useful is the visualization of where the protein passes through the membrane. I inputted Human Cytochrome P450 1A2 and 2E1 which are supposed to be membrane proteins but found that it was not interacting with the membrane in the Protter image. I was wondering if you could provide an explanation or assist in any way. Thank you.
