Error in analysis

Hej ,

I have been trying to use Protter to visualise certain protein domains, and  for most of them it is showing me an error (see attached  image). I tried using both UniprotIDs and Entry names but it is showing me the same error.

I hope you can help me with this problem.

Hello all,

we have the same problem and it seems to be related to the changes UniProt has recently applied to their api. The same protein would work when supplying the explicit sequence. It would be very nice if someone could fix this bug.

Dear Giovanna & Jakob, Patrick is just back from vacation & will look into it. These bugs are typically related to UniProt API changes & I am sure we can fix the issue. VG & all the best, Bernd
