Error while using Protter

Hello,

 

I hope this email finds you well.

 

I am currently enrolled as a PhD student (as signed below) and use the Protter for the visualisation of my data. Recently (since Dec), I have been receiving an error message – “Error: uk.ac.ebi.uniprot.dataservice.client.exception.ServiceException: Unexpected error while requesting the service with query: (accession : XXXXX)”.

I am in my final year now and would greatly appreciate your advice on a way to rectify this.
