Hi there,

I'm trying to replicate this structure:
Screen Shot 2019-04-07 at 10.13.48 am.png

Using the canonical sequence (UNIPROT ID Q5JUK3) and without adding any of the pathogenic variants (for now).
I've tried some of the custom settings but haven't managed to get the C terminal in the right place and I've also had trouble with the orientation of the loops from S4-S6. I think it may be because S4 is not that big.
Using the Phobius tm topology it looks a bit more similar but still odd from S5 to the C terminus.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Thanks,

Dear Estefanía,
sorry for my late response!
This looks like a manually modified Protter visualization (using e.g. Illustrator or Inkscape) as Protter itself is not able to visualize this intramembrane loop between TMD 5 and 6.

best,
Ulrich
