Permission for usage of a figure generated with "Protter"

Dear “Protter” Team,

first of all, thank you very much for developing such a great online
tool. As a PhD student focusing on membrane transporters, I have found
“Protter” extremely helpful on many occasions.

Together with my professor (Ingolf Cascorbi) and another colleague
(Jonas Kulartz), I have been invited by Elsevier to edit a chapter for a
book titled “Membrane Transporters and Drug Delivery: A Comprehensive
and Multidisciplinary Guide.”
The publisher has provided us with the following information about the
book:
- Circulation/Print run/Distribution - 250
- Page count/Expected number of pages - 400
- Format - Print and Electronic

We are responsible for the chapter “Pharmacogenomics.” As part of this,
I used “Protter” to create a figure visualizing the protein structure of
ABCB1 in the cell membrane, including the most important
single-nucleotide variants. Please find the corresponding figure
attached. Our figure caption contains the following text: "The figure
was generated using the open-source tool “Protter” with the UniProt
protein accession code P08183 [Omasits et al., 2014]." The full
reference is, of course, listed in the reference list.

On your website, under the section “How to Cite”, you state that it is
sufficient to cite your publication (PMID: 24162465) when using the
program. Is this still the case? The publisher has kindly asked me to
request a brief confirmation message from you that the figure generated
with “Protter” can be used in the book.
