Local installation of Protter

Dear All,

• we are facing problems as others since UniProtJAPI library last update.
  

We are using Protter since the beginning in 2014 and have installed it for a local use (on a Windows Server 2016 now). Upgrading the .dll in the "\lib\uniprotjapi" folder does not resolve the problem which seems to require more investigation.

• Doing a fresh install with MiKTeX 22.7 (with textopo package), dvisvgm (2.14) and protter-master from GitHub (on a Windows10) does not work with different problems : 
• Submit by accession or with an evidence.txt file : nothing happens
• Submit by sequence : "[ERROR] could not generate textopo image: latex ended with error code 1"
  

I'm glad to read that this valuable tool will be (re)maintained and I'm looking forward to any solution online and then, for a local usage.
