There are several ways to request a case in TAS. The easiest is to download the Form 911 and mail or fax it to your local office. You should hear back from your assigned case advocate regarding your submitted Form 911.

Depending on the tax issue complexities, it could take a couple weeks to a couple months to resolve your tax issue. Your case advocate will do everything possible to help guide you on your path to resolve your issues. The case advocate will be in touch with you throughout the duration of your case with updates and timeframes on your issues.

TAS can assist with refund issues after the IRS published processing timeframe has passed. If that date has passed and you are experiencing a hardship, contact TAS office to see what options you have.

Purchased a stand alone bundle of MS office 19 apps for mac. Downloaded and installed, first tried installing it for "all users" when I couldnt find it I tried installing it on my "specific disk." I cannot find the applications anywhere. All I can see is an old version of Office 11 with a license that has lapsed and then what looks like MS 365 apps icons that were there when I tried updating my Office 11 a while back. These icons will ask for an MS 365 account email to run. I have a student email with my school that provides a 365 account but has to be used online, you cannot use the apps on the computer with this email to edit anything in excel/word (this is why I purchased the stand alone product to begin with).

I'm assuming you have already looked in your Applications folder and nothing is there. I would fully remove the old Office apps since you no longer have any use for them. If the new apps can't be located, then I assume the best thing would be to download the MS Office again. Be sure that you are properly registered with the Microsoft site or the download won't work. It will have to be activated to work.

I am developing an application which will send emails using C#. The app will be able to use templates for mail, among other things. The problem is I'm having trouble finding any Office.Interop references, which means I cannot work with Outlook.

I had the same issue with Visual Studio Community 2013, I fixed it downloading and installing the latest update of Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2013. Now I am able to see the whole Microsoft.Office.Interop.* list when I go to
