Visualizing data from ElasticSearch facets with Protovis

Hi all,

I've published an article how to create pie and timeline charts based
on aggregated data from ElasticSearch facets with Protovis:

ElasticSearch facets (http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/api/
search/facets/index.html) can be used as an engine to retrieve complex
aggregations for your data (eg. distribution of articles in
categories, articles publishing frequency, product prices min/max/avg,
etc.)

Also, the article features an interesting variation on pie chart:
http://www.elasticsearch.org/blog/assets/dashboards/donut.html, where
the label is positioned in the inner circle.
