Idea on a proposed project

hi,

I would like to ask the logic or way on how to do this project.

The small black box is an image or a button. and what i want is when i
click on a certain button, I want the button I clicked to show a
certain iframe or whitebox and showing the content. And also the rest
of the small buttons will move.

What is a problem?
1. Write prototype of HTML markup and CSS.
2. Write scripts based on Prototype + Scriptaculous to animate stuff.
