Based on 1st floor rental numbers, business occupancy tax which includes business development tax (ie: all in one bill) is $2.19 per square foot/year. Suite 204, 425 square feet would be roughly $90 per month for both taxes together. (An increase from the projected $71.50 joint cost).
I do not know if 1st floor Prime Rental Space has a higher tax rate.
