Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know, in time for Christmas, we have released ProtoMS 2.3. This version includes many new features, in particular focussing on predicting water locations and water free energies in binding sites. Check out the manual and new tutorials to find out more. The new version can be downloaded from the downloads page on http://protoms.org
