Get user credential problem

Hi,

I have a problem with www.protogeni.net/flack. It couldn't take over 'get user credential' step. (add screenshot)

It doesn’t look like firewall problem because same problem happen at home net.

I tested both v17.26 and v14.100 and my certificate from emulab.
