Reference CM v3.0 available

I'm happy to announce the release of the ProtoGENI Reference CM,
which is available from git at the following repository:

git://git-public.flux.utah.edu/reference-cm.git

under tag "ref-cm-release-3.0".

The following features are new since version 2.0:

+ Support for the GENI AM API (versions 1 and 2).
+ Support for multiple RSpec versions: ProtoGENI 0.1, 0.2, and 2,
and GENI 3.
+ Operation without SSL/TLS renegotiation, to avoid certain attacks
and to work with clients that disable renegotiation.
+ A Flash policy server (adding Flack client compatibility).
+ Many bug fixes.

(If upgrading from version 2.x, please note the additional dependencies
on either inetd or xinted, which should be installed or easily available
on any modern Un*x system, and also the restrictions on any existing
Apache VirtualHosts listening on port 443.)
