How to Decode .mvt file having protoc.exe and vector_tile.proto

Hi to All,

I have the file "6160.mvt" downloaded from internet (is an OpenStreetMap), that is encoded with Protocol Buffers.

I've the proto file: "vector_tile.proto" but I don't know how to write the command to decode.

Something like:

protoc --decode=??? 6160.mvt vector_tile.proto
