protoc.exe => error 0xc000142

Hi everybody,

My name is Florian and I need to install protobuf to use caffe ( deep learning framework). I have a problem when i try to compile protobuf.

i tried to compile it with mingw 5.3, my PC work with Windows 10 x64.

I tried to change LoadAppInit_DLLs => 1 to 0 but the problem is not solved.

someone can help me, please ?

If you only need the protoc binary, can you download it from the github release page directly?
