Inquiry about qualification for ISO 26262

Greetings,

I would like to inquire about using proto buffer library in a project that is required to be certified for Automotive Functional Safety Standard ISO 26262.

Per the requirements of this standard, third party libraries used must have the following:

1. Specification

2. Testing Evidence (such as results for unit/integration testing, white-box or blackbox testing...etc)

3. Documented Software Development Process that was followed in the development of the 3rd party library

I was able to find item 1 on the Google developer's page of the project.  Wondering if any person can graciously point me to where I can find 2 & 3 or point me to a contact within the project whom I can inquire with?
