VSCode Auto Doc Generator

Hi Protobuf Users!

I have recently been working on using Protobuf for a recent project, and wanted to document all my code elements (as shown in the docs). 

Immediately this felt quite repetitive and slow, so I wanted to build an autodoc generator (similar to something like this). I wanted to gauge if any other users would find a VSCode tool like this useful or if something already exists 😀

I can share more details on what I was thinking if people are interested!
