license of documents

I am developing network library and I think that our products use
protobuf.
Thanks to apache license there are no problems to use protobuf codes.
But the on-line documents seems not be specified which license we
should obey.

I want to translate such documents to Japanese and attach them our
products, is it okey?

Hmm, good question.  Danny, how does licensing work for documentation?

We are having a meeting about this wednesday but we are moving to cc
licensing for all of our docs.
