Is there a XSD to proto3 converter?

I'm looking at converting some large ISO 20022 XML Schema Definition files to proto3. Is there a tool that can help me with this?

AFAIK, there is no converter between XML and proto definition.

I've published ISO20022 message schema as proto3 at:

https://iso20022.plus/api/protobuf/

As of 2021-09 they're still experimental, but would appreciate constructive feedback.
