Backport of Sigsev bug in Python v25

Hi group,

I encountered a sigsev while using v4.25.3 (latest version of v25 Python library) of Protobuf. This bug was fixed in January (https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/commit/b9e4894462fab2e35da987a44fbe464b4c1d0140) but wasn't backported to v.4.25.x.

Is there any plan on doing so to avoid having to do a major upgrade?
