How to make pb.h small to reduce compile times

When proto file is large, it makes compiling time too long (Especially when I include the header).

A similar question was asked few years ago, but no response: https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/issues/7340

Is there a way in which this can made faster?

Also, we use bazel so precompiled headers is not really an option.
