PHP protobuf Error

I am New to protobuf. I have installed operating systems related protobuf for windows operating systems. I have also installed protobuf for the PHP language also. Extract it and keep it  in the current directory where PHP files are saved and kept. After entering the current directory from the command prompt   I run the following command

'php protoc-gen-php.php foo.proto'

ERROR: protobuf module is not installed occurred

The screenshot is attached below. Please help me to get rid of it. Which all package we should install  so that protobuf work successfully for PHP

The protobuf team does not support `protoc-gen-php`. If you want to use that you should contact the owners of that code. Otherwise, you can follow instructions in the protobuf README to install protobuf.
