textformat-spec based template file related

Hi 

I  have two questions related to go/textformat-spec based template files like below - 

        google3/configs/security/ganpati/onpiper/prod/traffic-interconnect/cloud-interconnect/tpc-gdutst/tpc-gdutst.template

Q1. Can tcp-gdutst.template  #include another template file? 

       Motivation is to separate functionally logical textproto messages in different files and include them in a top level file.

Q2. Can I parameterize some fields/strings such that 

name: "tpc-gdutst-cloud-interconnect-prod" 

changes to 

name: "${universe}-cloud-interconnect-prod"

and $universe = "tpc-gdutst" or "foo" depending on the runtime needs.
