code generation issues with latest release

All,

Attached I have a patch which fixes at least some code generation issues
I've experienced with the latest protobuf-perlxs release.

Mostly the problems had to do with one too many parentheses being
printed
and then the compiler would choke. Also one apparent typo: the use of
SvPVnolen was typed as SvPVnoloen in at least two places. This affected
the use of (at least) double values within a message.

Assuming the patch is okay would it be possible to roll a new release?

Hi Seth,

Thanks for the patch - I'll get this out tonight and add an example that exercises code generation for all of the types.
