Project alive?

Is this project dead?  Will it move to github?  I'd like to contribute some code, but the google code page seems inactive.  https://github.com/bivas/protobuf-java-format on github seems to also not be maintained.

The project is already migrated to github. You can fork it and send in pull requests.

Hi Eliran,
At one hand I'm glad, at the other I have some questions:
Why aren't there any releases? Is it available in Maven?
Are the issues addressed in the open issues of the old project fixed in the fork? (especially XML issue number 10)
