What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Project/Properties/Protocol Buffer/Compiler and
change "Compile .proto files on save" to the non-workspace default
2. Click "Apply" and "Ok"
3. re-open the settings page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the change to be saved. Instead, just this one setting is back to
workspace default (other changes are saved as expected)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
protobuf-dt 1.4.3
Eclipse Kepler Service Release 1
