How do I install this?

I'm confused.

I've tried installing this through the eclipse marketplace. It seems to be active, has been updated recently and people have installed it in the last month.

However if I try, I just get "please provide login details for protobuf-dt.googlecode.com".

I've tried my normal google password, no joy. googlecode.com doesn't seem to exist any more so far as I can tell. Is this still active?

What am I missing?
