What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an indented comment to the first field in a message type.
2. Auto-format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
(See attachments, before & after.) The comment should stay indented, as do
all other comments later in the message definition, but it gets un-indented.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
