What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable project specific settings to compile proto file automatically

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The proto file are not generated by the plug. No console output about
protoc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux 64bit with Eclipse Kepler. Plug version 1.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem seems random. After the creation of a fresh workspace the
setting works but after a while the files are no more created.

Workaround: disable and then enable again the "compiler active" option
under Xtend preferences.
