"Tried to write the same file twice."

Hello,

I have finally managed to install protobuf with actionscript3 support
but I have problem with the simplest example provided by the
distribution:

$ protoc --as3_out=. examples/addressbook.proto
com/example/tutorial/PhoneNumber.as: Tried to write the same file
twice.

So I get this "Tried to write the same file twice." message/error. How
can I solve this?
