Unable to change transcript on ProteinPaint custom fusion

Hello, 

I am unable to change the transcript from the default to one that we use in our laboratory for custom gene fusion schematics.  Any advice on this? 

Specifically, TFEB defaults to NM_007162, but I wanted to use NM_001271944. When I entered my text into the prompt to generate the fusion schematic, I entered NM_001271944, but it displayed NM_007162. The difference is the numbering of the exon in the 5'UTR of TFEB. Our fusion breakpoint is exon 2 in NM_001271944 but exon 3 in NM_007162.
