How to display Cosmic and Clinvar on the Lolliplot Toolbar

Hi,

I have the ProteinPaint server running on docker, I followed the doc and now I have the lolliplot running with custom tracks inside my react application.

Now I would like to add the Cosmic and Clinvar data and button in the toolbar, I can't find documentation on how to do that. Any pointer would be appreciated

Thank you for your interest. The clinvar data is free and we will come up with a solution for users to run it with local instance. However, we are not allowed to distribute COSMIC for download. Please check https://www.sanger.ac.uk/tool/cosmic/ for that.

About the toolbar, how can I add the button in the toolbar?

Hi Francis, the method to add a dataset button will be part of methods to add ClinVar to your ProteinPaint instance. we will try to write up a wiki page and share it with you. Thanks!
