Hi all! When looking at DPF1 in protein paint, the mutation positions seem to all be shifted in the lollipop plot.
For example here, R76 is marked at a position around 49/50. It looks like all positions are shifted left. Any idea what's going on here? I've checked that this is the canonical sequence, and I have no problem looking at other proteins. Only have had issues with DPF1.
Thank you!

Hi Xiu L,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you tell me what isoform (starts with NM_), genome (hg38 or hg19) and dataset are you looking at for that gene?

Best,
Karishma

Hi Karishma,

It's NM_001135155, hg38, GDC.

Thank you!

Hi Karishma,

I'd also like to add that the canonical human DPF1 protein sequence (Q92782-2) should have 387 AA - in protein paint by default it shows as 388 AA.

Thank you!
