Adding Newly identified SNV

Please how can I generate a figure on protein paint for  SNV variant? I tried using the + sign and entered the following information "c.1987C>T,95966601,N,label "but no result was obtained as shown in the attachment.

Hi Hanan, 

I'm able to create this view from `c.1987C>T,95966601,N,label` from https://proteinpaint.stjude.org/?gene=ERCC6L2&genome=hg19 and switching to NM_020207. I noticed however I'm not able to create the same view directly from https://proteinpaint.stjude.org/?gene=NM_020207&genome=hg19.
