Requesting for help in running locally on system for dev contribution

I am trying to setup full (frontend and backend). but docker image is looking for e /home/root/pp/tp/genomes/hg19.gz there is no genomes folder in my local forked code which I setup in my local machine.

can you please help me out!

Hi Faisal,

It looks like the step for downloading the genome files was missed. Did you try this step in the installation wiki: "Download support files (such as appropriate reference genome files) using the command ./public-support-files-download.sh."? More information can be found in the wiki: https://github.com/stjude/proteinpaint/wiki/Installation-Option-A:-Pull-a-Prebuilt-Image-(Recommended).
