Subject: Animal Flood Survivors in the Philippines Need You
To: FECIPA CHILE <fecipa...@gmail.com>

There are animal flood survivors waiting for your help right now.

Typhoon Ketsana just caused some of the worst flooding in Philippines' history.

The Philippine government declared a "state of calamity" in Manila, as thousands of homes were destroyed and residents rushed through chest-deep water to make it to emergency shelters, many carrying their pets.

But many pets had to be left behind. They have been without food and water now for four days.

A massive international rescue operation is underway to save the human survivors of this tragedy. And now it's up to you and me to save the animals.

IFAW's Emergency Water Rescue Team has rushed to the scene to conduct search-and-rescue operations. The number of animals injured and abandoned will be extremely high, so our team will need to move quickly to save as many as we can.

Please give right now to help us rescue as many of the animal victims as possible.

Your donation will save animals stranded when the floodwaters quickly rose up, help us react at a moment's notice to future emergencies, and will protect and care for injured and abused animals around the world. All donations received will be used to enable IFAW to achieve its critical mission. Donations will be used immediately and where they are needed most.

For so many people who have lost their homes to the floods, their animals are all they have left. Your donation will help us provide them with hope amidst so much devastation.

Thank you,

Fred O'Regan Signature

p.s. Please donate immediately. I know if you had to leave a cat or dog behind in an emergency you would want them rescued as quickly as possible.

Breaking News: We have just reached our contacts in American Samoa following yesterday's tsunami and are trying to reach our contacts in Tonga to help there as well. If there ever was a time to give it is now!

Thank you so much for donating to IFAW. Your gift represents a vital contribution to IFAW's entire mission of saving the world's animals from cruelty and exploitation and will be used where most needed to help ease their suffering.

Worried about Donating online?
I used to be too ... so I made sure our online system is safe, secure, and state-of-the-art. It also eliminates check-processing costs, so more money goes directly to saving animals. But if you prefer to donate by phone or mail, simply click here for address information.

NOTE: To make sure you continue to receive further emails from IFAW, please add fr...@ifaw1.org to your email address book. If you use a spam filter program, please assign this address a status of safe or trusted. If you have an AOL, Hotmail, MSN or Yahoo email address, this is particularly important as we receive many bounce backs from these email addresses.
