Just in my gmail account. I think I know what I messed up - I've just
installed this iolo System Mechanic program and it "cleaned out" my
cookies, temp files etc. Now everything in Mozilla is screwed! *sobs*
Am using IE to check my gmail. On forums, the banners at the top no
longer work :(

Is there any way to reset it? Or get the files back? I've already
tried restarting - no luck.

Whew! Everything's fine now. I ended up going into Preferences and
deleting all my cookies, then restarting Mozilla again. Of course, now
I have to remember all my logins again, but at least it works. Thank
god :)

If you have XP a system restore would have done the job.
