Give all your invites away

Okay for those who got their gmail from the star forums, I know I told
you to spare an invite for a protag member. But at that time, I thought
it was hard for me to give out invites. It's best you all give it away
so you can have a new round of invites. No need to hold on to it.

Arg Google only released 1 invite today. I had been getting 6 a day
almost everyday.

Maybe they're slowing down on invites.

From what I've heard at some gmail forums online... Gmail has chosen a
couple of dates in which it wants to release gmail to the public.. one
of the dates is July 4th. also, i heard that right before gmail
releases itself to the public, it is going to give 50 invites a day to
all members.

they are just rumors, but i found them interesting.. :)

Gmail ain't special no more. At least I got the username I wanted
unlike those poor souls who sign up when it goes public. I sort of
like this conversation feature. I also like when you're typing in an
address and there's some Javascript feature shows any matches from
your contacts folder so I don't have to type the whole address. for
example

Yeah, I haven't gotten any the past couple of days, even though I gave
out all of mine. :(

Maybe something will go horribly wrong like Microsoft owning a patent
on sending electronic mail; or maybe all our accounts will disappear
in a cyberspace far far away.

Actually, I think they are likely to be going through another phase of
testing right now by gradually opening the floodgates to a certain
number of users (through invites).

I guess it's one way to make sure you can not overload the servers,
and still test, and generate some form of unique marketing .

Hehe. I get requests for gmail invites all the way from France,
Iceland, Argentina etc. Thanks to Google who crawled on my blog
entries.

I like giving invites to those countries that barely have gmail
invites. I gave one to a programmer in Argentina and he was really
appreciative:

I haven't gotten many invites. Received a total of 8 all together. My
girl got about 7 in total.
I just gave my last one away the other day.
