Invite more protaggers

Hey everyone,

Lele, Pei, Reverie and I are mods to our new google group. At the
start, there will be a few posts here and there. Don't you worry, you
can always unsubscribe anytime by going to
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/Protagonist (the unsubscribe link
is to the top right). You can also choose how to be notified (via
email, digest or web). I prefer email cos with the new conversation
feature, replies will be organized.

Gmail tips of the day:

1. A dot in a gmail id is redudant. ex - gretch...@gmail.com =
gretch...@gmail.com

2. You can put anything between your email id and the @ sign in a gmail
id if you separate them by a + sign. ex - gretch...@gmail.com =
gretchsanto...@gmail.com

Yeah, I think Gmail garbles up email addies so it won't be spammed. IF

*ponders* Why are some of us "non-verified"? I don't see an option to
verify myself. o_O

Pei, that has puzzled me too.BTW, only moderators can view the member
list. Unverified members are : meg,daynah, gretch,reverie, pei,.
kyle,nadine , fiona.eric, Sinta, Andrea,Tina, Connie, and Will. I
wonder what they haven't done yet...whee,. 41 members so far.

I checked out the FAQ, it seems like we're supposed to get a
verification link in our email. I never got anything like that in any
of my emails.

Followed the Login link, I still don't see anything about resending the
verification email. Something weird is going on. o_O

Oh, and Lauren, I see only 39 members on the member list? 1 on the
invited list. And yet that box on the right tells me it's 37 members...
o_O @ Google.

I think I know what you see...there are a total of 39 subscribed
members (go to browse members). The one you see on the main page are
the 37 who own gmail accounts. The 2 others: Chris A and Ming use
different addies. This google groups 2 is in beta too.
