The two seemingly similar items I've found on this site are "Contact your VAR" and "Install the ISIS driver". I've installed the most recent ISIS/TWAIN driver for the scanner ( -dr-m260-office-document-scanner ). I've also contacted my VAR but thought I'd drop a message here too.
I do not know if they have fixed it yet, but I know at one point, if you did not also install the DR-M160 ISIS/Twain driver, the DR-M260 had glitches. I would try to download and install the DR-M160 driver and see if that resolves the issues.
