Terms and Conditions: Raise The Bar Higher Incentive Promo

1. The QNET Raise the Bar Higher (RTBH) Incentive Promo is effective from Saturday, 20 July 2013, 00:01 HKST, until Friday, 23 August 2013, 23:59 HKST.
2. Early Bird Period of the RTBH Incentive Promo will run from Saturday, 20 July 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 09 August 2013, 23:59HKST.
3. Regular Incentive Period of the RTBH Incentive Promo will run from Saturday, 10 August 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 23 August 2013, 23:59 HKST.
4. The RTBH Incentive Promo is open to all New and Existing IRs under the QInfinite Compensation Plan except those under the Global Lifestyle Lanka Local Plan.
5. IRs who are non-renewed or who were not promoted over to the QInfinite Compensation Plan are not eligible to participate in the RTBH Incentive Promo.
6. Enrolled, renewed and qualified IRs must qualify for the RTBH Incentive Promo with a minimum of 3,000 BV from at least two (2) New OR Existing Direct Referrals with a minimum of 1,000 BV each. After the prerequisite qualification requirements are fulfilled, all BV generated from NEW and existing Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales within the RTBH Incentive Promo period will be counted towards the participating IRs’ RTBH BV.
7. New and Existing Unqualified IRs must qualify for the promo with at least 1,000 Personal BV from the Qualify eStore AND 3,000 BV from at least two (2) New OR Existing Direct Referrals with a minimum of 1000 BV each. After the prerequisite qualification requirements are fulfilled, all BV generated from NEW and existing Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales within the RTBH Incentive Promo period will be counted towards the participating IRs RTBH BV. Note that the 1,000 Personal BV will NOT be counted as RTBH Promo BV.
8. Participating IRs who generate the following BV from NEW or EXISTING Direct Referrals or NEW Retail Customers during the RTBH Incentive Promo period will receive the following bonus on top of any existing commissions they generate (i.e. retail profit, Early Payout, and Step Commissions):

9. Should the Direct Referrals decide to participate in the RTBH Incentive Promo, the same prerequisite requirements will be applied.
10. Only BVs that are achieved during the RTBH Incentive Promo period will be counted. Incentives will only be awarded to participants who have FULLY achieved the promo requirements.
11. Confirmed Early Bird earners should receive their incentives in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the Early Bird Period.
12. Confirmed Regular Incentive earners should receive their incentives in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the Regular Incentive Period.
13. Change of Referrer or Direct Referrals is not allowed. The new Referrer will be disqualified from the RTBH Incentive Promo and any incentives generated therefrom.  
14. BV paid within the Early Bird Period will NOT be counted towards the Regular Incentive Period. Unpaid BV will be qualified/can be accumulated for the Regular Incentive period. For the avoidance of doubt, BVs will only be paid once.

15. Only BV generated from NEW and EXISTING Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales will be counted towards the earners BV.
16. If a World Plan IR refers IRs to any Local Plan, the incentive will be subject to 15% International Sponsorship fee
17. World Plan IRs who refer New Direct Referrals under any Local Plan (except Global Lifestyle Lanka) will be entitled to get the incentives. New IRs under any local plan (except Global Lifestyle Lanka) who will refer New World Plan Directs are also eligible to participate in the RTBH Incentive Promo.
18. Maximum RTBH bonus earnings per IR are capped at USD 1,500.
19. BV of new Direct Referrals as a result of change of placement is NOT allowed.
20. Generating BV from BV transfer and/or rectification of retail purchase BV is NOT allowed.
21. BV earned as a result of duplicating IRships will not be counted for the RTBH Incentive Promo.
22. QNET reserves the right to the final interpretation of RTBH Incentive Promo Terms & Conditions.
23. QNET reserves the right to change the RTBH Incentive Promo Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
24. Unless defined herein, all capitalised words or expressions used in this Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as defined in QNET’s Policies & Procedures.

RTBH Lucky Draw
 

1. RTBH Lucky Draw is only open to all IRs who will qualify to the RTBH Incentive Promo.  Please refer to the RTBH Incentive Promo Terms & Conditions.
2. All BVs earned by RTBH Incentive Promo earners within the promo period will automatically be converted into lucky draw entries in the RTBH Lucky Draw.
3. Total BV of qualified participants will be retrieved at the end of the promo period and entered for the lucky draw.
4. Each IR will only be eligible for a maximum of one (1) prize for of the lucky draw. IRs who will be drawn as a winner more than once will only receive the prize with the highest value.
5. IRs who achieved a minimum of 12000BV will be entitled to receive a maximum of 2 (two) prizes if drawn as a winner more than once.
6. QNET will later announce when the lucky draw will take place and how the results will be promulgated.
7. QNET will bear no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected prizes.
8. QNET reserves the sole discretionary right to terminate the ‘RTBH’ Lucky Draw or amend the terms and conditions herein at any time without any prior notice.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or services in kind. All prizes must be claimed by the date stated in the notification letter or prize redemption letter. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not collect or does not provide proper shipping information at the time stipulated by QNET, the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
10. Terms & Conditions set out in the prize redemption letter will apply. In case any listed prizes are not available or discontinued, QNET reserves the right to replace it with a product or service of similar kind and value.
11. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Lucky Draw results and mechanics or disposition of the prizes shall be resolved by QNET in its absolute discretion.
12. If there are any differences between the English language text of these Terms & Conditions and the other language texts to which this will be translated, the English language text, for all intents and purposes, shall prevail.
13. QNET reserves the right to the final interpretation of RTBH Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions.
14. QNET reserves the right to change the RTBH Luck Draw Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
