Last year, we were treated to a series of handy instructional episodes of the hottest-selling QNET products by our certified V Product Trainers. This year, V Educate goes on-the-ground and levels up!
V Educate is changing the game and has now expanded into a progressive, comprehensive training program on QNET products, presentation, ethical networking, business promotion, and leadership. Committed to impart on Independent Representatives (IRs) the necessary skills and knowledge to make it in the business, it has developed five (5)
highly specialised programs to hone specific areas of network marketing expertise:

Train the Trainers
V Elite Leader Program
And following the highly-anticipated V-Malaysia 2015 is V Educate’s first initiative, the V Elite Leader (VEL) Program!
Do you think you have what it takes to bring your business to a bigger playing field? Are you ready to take things up a notch and achieve greater results? If you answered both questions with a resounding ‘yes,’ then this refining V Educate league is for you!
The V Elite Leader (VEL) Program is a technical platform for V Leaders who want to get down to business: learn the in-depth information on QNET products as well as the policies and procedures of QNET and The V. Its mission is to better equip IRs with the fundamentals of the company and products in order to bolster their business and enable them to become the leaders and entrepreneurs they are meant to be. The training is concluded with the V Leaders Certification Exam, an extensive examination that reviews their efficiency and performance as Independent Representatives.
At the end of the program, the IRs are expected to:
- Take charge of their teams more effectively
- Manage and resolve team conflicts
- Become more adept in public speaking and presentation
- Assess their leadership efficiency through an extensive examination
- Increase their expertise on QNET products, NSG, policy and procedures of QNET and The V
After the program, the IRs gain additional benefits, including:
- Certification as V Elite Leader, the first V Ambassador rank
- Approval to attend meetings and trainings of high-level Leaders
- Onstage recognition during the V-Convention
- A feature on the V Ambassadors’ section of the website
- Clearance to join the InService Brotherhood and its events
- An exclusive V Elite Leader pin
The VEL Program lasts one day and welcomes only Independent Representatives with dedication and heart, and with the results to prove their worth. Please take note of the following criteria:
- Must be in the business for at least 12 months
- Must have a written recommendation from the upline V Ambassador
