Ref our discussion yesterday,  kindly note we have managed to block 20 rooms in Ascot hotel.  Since it is closer to the date, the hotel is pushing us to finalise it fast. Kindly inform the team and advise us at the earliest.

Dear Binod,

 

As discussed, please find below the package rates for 5 nights .  This includes accommodation on double/twin sharing basis, Airport  transfer, 4 days transportation from the hotel to the venue & back + visa . If somebody wants only the visa, we can do it at AED375 per visa.

Kindly note, once we make the payment to the hotel , hotels follow a non-refundable policy if cancelled within 15days.  Since we are already within 15 days, we will not be able to get any refunds on last minute cancellation since these are special rates.
