Dear Ivan and David,
Good afternoon. Finally as promised comes the market survey on Optilube. It sounds good news actually:
i) We have established the product is not in the market and the brand name is available for us. We shall proceed to secure it.
ii) We managed to get very detailed market intelligence on KY Jelly product including sales for the last two years per customer, total sales and prices. There is an upcoming competitor on the same .
iii) Currently this product is selling without any promotion whatsoever and so we think the market can expand with proper focus . Currently it is a Ksh.20 million (UGx 600 million) product.
iv) Some tenders could be coming up soon. can we participate?
