1. Ivan to send final document by Sunday 09/11/14 - JC to follow up
Both parties to sign and seal document once all the issues have been agreed upon. Only area of contention is exclusivity of supply; Prospero to agree on direction to take with this.
2. DM to arrange for a meeting with Prodigy (Cathy Otieno) to discuss way forward/partnership.
Offer 70:30 deal to go to 60:40 if she warehouses, provides rep, clears and forwards etc.
3. Briquettes - JM to follow up on construction and commencement.
